Always remove your beaded jewellery when showering or swimming. These pieces should not get wet, as moisture can weaken threads and affect bead finishes.
Like all handmade beadwork, pieces may develop a gentle patina over time. Metallic and lustre finishes can soften and colours may subtly shift with wear. This is part of their character, but if you'd like to preserve the original finish for as long as possible, removing your jewellery before applying perfume and lotions, and storing in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight is recommended.

Pricing reflects the cost of materials, time-intensive hand stitching and loom work, and the care taken in finishing and packaging each design.
As a small independent maker, material costs (particularly gold and silver) can fluctuate, and prices may adjust over time to reflect this.

I ship throughout New Zealand, and internationally to Australia, the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, and Japan. International customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes charged by their country.
If you are located outside these countries, please feel free to get in touch — I may be able to arrange shipping to your location.

Shipping within New Zealand is a flat rate of $9 per order.
Shipping to Australia is $25.
Shipping to the USA, UK, Canada, and Japan is $40.
All fees are in New Zealand dollars.

Orders are shipped via New Zealand Post.
I use recycled or repurposed materials for packaging, and parcels are sent in compostable mailers.

Orders are typically dispatched within 2–3 business days.
Once shipped, delivery times depend on your location and New Zealand Post’s service timeframes. You will receive tracking details once your order is on its way.

I list detailed information on the metal components used in each piece wherever possible.
Some findings come from carefully stored or repurposed vintage materials. In those cases, the exact metal composition may not always be confirmed.
If you have a known metal allergy, I recommend selecting pieces where the metal content is clearly specified. Please feel free to contact me if you would like further details before purchasing.

Orders can be prepared as gifts upon request. All purchase receipts are emailed to the purchaser and are not included in the parcel. If your order is a gift, you’re welcome to include a message at checkout and I will add a handwritten note.

As a small independent studio, I am unable to offer returns for change of mind.
If your piece arrives damaged or faulty, please get in touch within 5 days of delivery with a description and photo of the issue. Items must be returned within 10 days of delivery for a refund or repair.
I also may be able to offer minor repairs/replacements on clasps and metal findings within 12 months of purchase for the cost of materials plus a small fee. Customers are responsible for shipping costs. Please contact me to discuss.
Please note that normal wear over time, including the natural ageing of metal or bead finishes, is not considered a manufacturing fault.

I am open to custom requests based on existing designs, such as alternative colourways or adjusted sizing, subject to availability.
Custom pieces may also incur an additional fee depending on the scope of the request.
